The hotel had both advantages and disadvantages. The rooms were really small, but perfectly clean, and we could have a coffee tray delivered in the morning with extra pillows that were appreciated. However, the small size didn't offer much space except for the bed. The service was excellent, though they accidentally charged me twice for our room; they were very helpful when we had a problem with our train tickets. The location was amazing, just outside of the city center, very close to all main sights of Florence. The dining experience was exceptional, more than what we anticipated, with a variety of offerings from coffee to croissants and biscuits. Overall, the hotel provides a great experience, but there were some setbacks to consider.
The hotel is situated in a very convenient location, close to the train station and within walking distance of many attractions. The rooms are small and face a noisy street, but the staff is friendly and helpful. The dining options are limited, and the facilities are in need of maintenance.
I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The rooms were small but very clean and really nice and modern. It was a nice touch to receive 2 free water bottles per day. The service was excellent with staff available at convenient times, and they were always polite and friendly. The location was fantastic, close to the railway station and the Duomo with plenty of dining options nearby. The dining experience was enjoyable with plenty of places to eat in the vicinity.
